puerta.

TAI CHI IS TO CONTROL THE BALANCE
In this last decade we have been
very concerned about our internal balance, dominating our body, our mind, being
in contact with nature, healthy relationship with society, etc ... something
that in Asia has always been the basis of life and coexistence : its
discipline. Source: Ok in the voice of Galicia; original article written by

It is said that Tai Chi was born
from the contemplation of the fight between a snake and a crane. Master Kodama
began to deepen Tai Chi 30 years ago although his specialty is Karate. Tai Chi
allowed him to bring his philosophy, his way of understanding the world, to new
audiences. The best thing about this "sport" is that it can be
practiced by everyone without suffering or living great risks, in terms of
injuries, making us more flexible and controlling our minds.
However, Tai chi chuan is more
than a martial art or a form of gymnastics; is a vital philosophy available to
anyone who manifests attitude and desire. In short time of participation in the
class, we will realize that unusual concepts are included in a normal gym class
like: energy, meditate, connect with Earth ... and although it seems simple, it
requires a lot of practice and a lot of dedication.
The first part of the class is
quite accessible to a "novice" people. The teacher orders a series of
exercises of elasticity and strengthening of tendons and muscles that must be
accompanied at all times with the breathing. Tai chi seeks balance, the radical
symbiosis between body and mind, and for this, each technique must be
coordinated with the mechanics of the body. The theory is simple, the practice is
no longer so much.
The second part of the session is
literally inaccessible to the "newbie". The master directs that
concatenation of movements that give life to a perfect choreography: to flow.
Contemplating as master and
followers get absolute control of the movements, their muscles and tendons. It
seems to evoke the elegant and leisurely wobble of a snake, the one that fought
against the Crane and where Tai Chi was born.
As goodness of this exercise are:
flexibility, balance, endurance and most importantly the connection with
oneself that comes to Peace. It is a way of escape to the rhythm of life that
we usually take, where free time almost does not exist and daily obligations
cover our daily life where meditating, thinking or escaping is almost impossible.
With Tai Chi, and after
practicing, we can use it as a way through which it is possible to free the
mind of worries and leave problems parked at the door.
