antioxidantes que nos ayudaran a tener más energía y a poder afrontar cualquier
inclemencia que nos pueda surgir.

tomar alimentos jugosos que nos hidraten y nos depuren después del verano
caluroso y de sus excesos. Limpiar y preparar el cuerpo es esencial para tener
listo nuestro cuerpo. Ya sabéis que es importante tomar alimentos llenos de vitamina
C y minerales que refuercen el sistema inmunitario y nutran la piel tras el
verano. Tampoco hay que olvidar alimentos energéticos para combatir la
nostalgia, como semillas y frutos secos.
Pero al regresar a los cítricos
tenemos que decir que estas frutas son alcalinizantes y desintoxicantes, sor
ricas en vitamina C, refuerzan la salud cardiovascular, previenen los cálculos
renales y aumentan las defensas naturales. Además, aportan firbra como la

Ingredientes de la ensalada de cítricos (1 o 2
personas)
1 pomelo
1 naranja
1 lima
1 mandarina
1 puñado de berros
1 naranja sanguina
2 cucharadas de
almendras sin tostar, recién troceadas
1 coco joven.
Para aliñar: 1 cuchara de tamari, 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
virgen extra
4
cucharadas de agua de coco utilizado
Abrimos el coco y reservamos el
agua en un vaso. Con una cuchara extraer la pulpa del coco rompiéndola en
trocitos y reservar.
Pelar bien los cítricos y cortarlos
en láminas finas. Servir las rodajas de los cítricos en dos platos planos
grandes y colocar los berros y las espinacas baby en el centro o a un lado.
Decorar los platos con los trocitos
de pulpa de coco y los trozos de almendras.
Para el aliño tenemos que mezclar
el tamari con el aceite de oliva y 4 cucharadas de agua de coco.
Aderezamos la ensalada con esta mezcla y
sirve el resto del aliño como acompañamiento.
Esta es la receta pero permitir que
os de cuatro pinceladas sobre los nutrientes que nos aportan las hojas que
añadimos a esta ensalada:
Berros. Ricos en ácido fólico y
vitamina C, favorecen la digestión, estimulan las defensas y contribuyen a la
depuración de la sangre.
Espinacas baby: Están repletas de
minerales, vitaminas y flavonoides antioxidantes que protegen el sistema
inmunitario, la piel, la vista y los huesos. Las hojas baby son más tiernas,
nutritivas y digestivas.
Coco joven: aporta grasas saturadas
sanas y beneficiosas para el corazón, así com cobre y manganeso, dos
oliogoelementos esenciales.
Lima: Su vitamina K es esencial
para la coagulación de la sangre y el desarrollo saludable de huesos y
articulaciones.
Naranja y limón: aportan abundante
vitamina C y también ácido cítrico, que reduce la formación de cálculos
renales.
Almendras: la combinación de sus
grasas con calcio y vitamina E contribuye a mejorar el estado de piel y huesos
además de proteger el corazón.

Ingredients of citrus salad (1 or 2 people)
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 file
1 mandarin
