ALOE WILL SEE A REMEDY FOR ALMOST EVERYTHING
Aloe vera is an inexpensive plant to buy, easy to grow and also decorative, so we can have it anywhere as long as there are no small children nearby. If, in addition, we add that it is a plant with infinite remedies, we could say that it is a totem to have it near.
This plant contributes, iron, improves digestion and slims. It also revives the skin and heals burns. At the time of Alexander the Great was a booty of war leading him to conquer the island of Socotra (Africa). Its pointed leaves appear in the Holy Scriptures, in the work of averroces and in the recipe of the elixir of Jerusalem to which is attributed the longevity templaria.
It is considered a nutraceutical plant of the 21st century: a food that nourishes and provides health benefits both internal and external. It comes from the family of garlic and asparagus despite its appearance of cactus.

It consumes everything; The pulp is consumed in crushed or dehydrated tacos. If it blooms, do not hesitate to eat the flowers. The bark is removed from the leaf, which with one we would have for the whole week, until the pulp is kept in the refrigerator. It is colorless, odorless and tasteless, so we can not trust products with the smell of aloe.

Francisco Antonio Macías, Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Cádiz, and recognized authority in the study of the uses and benefits of aloe, clarifies that the appearance of some products in green color is due to keep part of the leaf during the process of Crushed Another important point to keep in mind is that aloe vera products have to carry at least 10% of the plant although its effects will be minimal. If this information appears at the end of the list of ingredients that make up a product, be suspicious of the aloe content that the product may carry.

Here are some uses and warnings, not without saying that these councils have been given by professors and people specialized in the product.

• The ideal is to take between 50-100 ml a day through the juice and its pulp. It can also be ingested through various supplements that include this plant in its formula. 1% of the population is allergic to aloe. As a supplement, it is not recommended for pregnant women because it may contain aloe. Children should also not eat aloe because it can prevent them from developing their intestinal flora.

• Its high content of sugars makes, combined with water, it provokes a satiating sensation, guaranteeing also the sufficient energetic contribution by its vitamins and minerals. They recommend taking the juice or capsule of aleo vera with a glass of water.

• Helps combat the side effects of chemo and radiotherapy. If mouth sores have formed, try chewing pieces of aloe vera like chewing gum.
By ingesting pulp or juice of aloe vera will strengthen the immune and digestive system, strengthening the stomach and regaining appetite.

• This plant provides trace elements that the body does not directly assimilate, such as iron. It has 15 times more iron than the lentils, only surpassed by the ingestion of blood and the bivalves.

• Some chronicles say that cleopatra, in addition to bathing in donkey's milk, used aloe to care for his skin because it increases the production of fibroblast cells, responsible for the formation of collagen.

• For mild burns is also a good remedy, just apply it directly on the burn, noting that the stinging goes down. Second and third degree burns should be treated in the hospital.

• Mouth ulcers and gum problems: chew pieces of aloe vera pulp until crumbs and use the resulting juice to rinse the mouth for a few minutes, allowing it to penetrate the gum.

• Helps to strengthen the immune system: five thousand aloe vera juice at breakfast, lunch and dinner, much better if it is before meals, helps prevent diabetes problems, raising the generation of defenses.

• Aloe Vera also acts as a laxative by cleansing the body. The structure of sugars in aloe vera can help counteract the body's heavy metals, such as the mercury we ingest with large fish. It is recommended to drink juice in small doses, two or three times a day, from one week to ten days.

As you can see Aloe is used for almost everything and with positive results so there is no excuse not to have an Aloe vera plant at home and to use it for some use of those mentioned but there are still more.
