y mantener una piel de calidad , bien hidratada y con
aspecto saludable pero no es fácil. Se necesita de cuidados, limpieza y buena
alimentación, una alimentación, que nos proporcione agua suficiente y nutriente
que nuestro cuerpo pueda aprovechar generando beneficio.
Es cierto, que con el paso del
tiempo, nuestra piel pierde agua, tersura, luz… debido a muchos cambios
hormonales, exposición excesiva al sol, no nutrirla lo suficiente, no limpiarla
cada noche, etc… con el paso del tiempo, estos factores son importantes y hay
que tenerlos en cuenta si queremos hacer algo al respecto.
No es suficiente hidratarla, hay
que beber agua, hay que exponerla al sol pero solo el tiempo necesario, hay que
masajear sin agresión para mejorar la tonificación y evitar pieles de naranja..
La piel es el mayor órgano del
cuerpo y casi siempre un reflejo de cómo estamos por dentro. Hay que evitar los
tóxicos que puedan sobrecargar los órganos de limpieza; utilizar métodos de
cocción adecuados y sencillos para que las vitaminas, nutrientes y enzimas no

de chía: Estas diminutas semillas grises nos aportan aminoácidos de alta
biodisponibilidad y sor ricas en omega-3. Se pueden tomar en ensaladas pero lo
mejor es triturarlas, para que liberen su aportes, y añadirlas a un vaso con
zumo o agua, etc… dejándolas reposar un poco.

Endibias:
Son ricas en agua y sabor amargo, son perfectas para favorecer la función
hepática y mantenernos hidratados. Se pueden comer crudas, rellenas de palitos
de pescado o bien a la plancha con un poco de aceite y pimienta o bien con
queso de cabra desmenuzada.

Albaricoques:
su color se debe a su riqueza en betacarotenos y sustancias precursoras de la
vitamina A, imprescindible para la renovación celular.

Pepino:
Tiene un gran poder hidratante, depurativo y estimula el proceso de limpieza.
Se puede comer en ensalada y también aplicarlos directamente sobre la piel como
mascarilla.

rojo: Es un alimento con mucho contenido de vitamina C. Ricos, crujientes,
frescos y sabor agradable, con lo cual, se pueden consumir, crudos o bien a la

caballo: es una planta muy utilizada para evitar la retención de líquidos y
