hierba seca, lo podemos poner directamente en la túrmix, o también se pude
utilizar como infusión en lugar del agua.
Aquí me gustaría destacar que el
uso de las hierbas requiere atención, debemos utilizarlas con precaución y para
su consumo con regularidad debemos pedir la opinión de un especialista.
No olvidar que las mujeres
embarazadas y las madres lactantes no pueden tomar según que hierbas así como
personas que toman ciertos medicamentos para curar alguna enfermedad.
¿Cómo preparar nuestra infusión
de hierbas para los batidos verdes?
En las guías de cómo preparar las
hierbas está descrita tanto la forma de prepararlas como la medida que debemos
utilizar. Los mencionados aquí son solo algunos ejemplos.
· Maceración en frío (el agua previamente hervida
se deja enfriar, echamos la hierba medicinal y la dejamos en remojo al menos
10-12 horas), tales como la rosa canina, muérdago blanco.
· Infusión (vertemos agua caliente sobre la hierba
o de té, y después se filtra inmediatamente): por ejemplo, ortiga, pamplina,
hierba de limón, saúco, hojas de frambuesa, hojas de mora, lavanda.
· Cocción (una cantidad específica de agua y un
tiempo prescrito para hervir el té) podemos preparar la corteza de Lapacho –
que da un sabor de vainilla al batido verde u otras cortezas y té de raíces.
Se puede conseguir más sustancia
activa de la planta medicinal si la preparamos por maceración en frío y
posteriormente mezclamos la hoja macerada con la infusión una vez que esté
fría.
Plantas medicinales y hierbas
comestibles:
Cuchillas: Problemas de tiroides, articulaciones, limpieza del

Achicoria: usados para el hígado y la bilis.
Llantén: limpia las vías respiratorias, las alergias ,fortalece el
sistema inmunológico.
Hojas de frambuesa: suavemente diurético, desintoxicante, y se usa
contra la gota y el reumatismo.
Mora: utilizado para la gota y reumatismo.
Saúco: sudorífero; se utiliza contra la tos.
Menta: Hay muchas variantes, las más comunes son: hierbabuena,
menta, hierba gatera.
Tomillo: Utilizado para problemas de la garganta y sistema respiratorio, estimulante
inmunológico, antiinflamatorios, antibacterianos y tiene efecto antiviral.
Lavanda: fortalece el sistema inmunológico, calma la ansiedad, se
usa para combatir la falta de apetito, en caso de dolor de cabeza puede ser un
medio eficaz.
Hoja de nogal: antiinflamatorio , regeneración, desintoxicación.
Melisa: calmante, estimula el sistema inmunológico,
antiinflamatorio, se recomienda contra la falta de apetito.
Pamplina: excelente en la reducción del colesterol.
Espino: el final de la rama floral reduce la presión arterial alta
y el nivel de colesterol, controla el ritmo cardíaco, limpia las arterias y la
coronaria.
Batido verde con infusión de pamplina
La hierba de pamplina tiene un
sabor muy específico. Se utiliza para reducir el nivel de colesterol. Beneficia
la bilis, el hígado y el páncreas. Ayuda en la absorción de hidratos de
carbono, diurético y purifica la sangre.
Ingredientes
200 ml infusión de pamplina
½ manzana dulce
½ plátano
1 manojo de espinacas.
El triplete habitual de
manzana-plátano-espinacas con audacia se puede usar también cualquier infusión
de hierbas. En este caso con la pamplina tendremos éxito, obtendremos una
