permite elevarnos y relajarnos intensamente.
despiertos, llegamos a saber quiénes somos.
movimiento suceda, suave y elegantemente.
·
Cuarto
Fuente . Salud alternativa

MEDITATION GOURISHANKAR
It is an active meditation that
allows us to rise, connect with ourselves and relax.
Normally we live in a state of
tension and nerves in which our deepest problems are masked pro more trivial
events Gourishankar Meditation allows us to rise and relax intensely.
Meditation is a break, a
total rest, a complete standstill of all activity: physical, mental, emotional.
When we take such a deep rest, nothing stirred within us. When we abandon all
action itself, as if we were half asleep despite being awake, we know who we
are.
No you can open with the effort,
because the effort creates tension, and this is the cause of all our
misfortunes.
Meditation is not an effort.
Modern man, says Osho, is saturated with prejudices and repressed emotions
that, along with anxiety and tension of the modern lifestyle, requires a
process of inner cleansing to relax and get into the state of meditation and
silence.
This type of meditation awaken
the vitality and energy by focusing on ourselves. Its purpose is to lead us
into the space of meditation and silence, without judgment, without resistance,
no worries, no anxieties.
Active meditations, Osho allow
clean up called: rubbish that are all convictions that throughout life we
receive from our environment.
Breathing is a fundamental part
of active meditation. Breathing is deeply rooted in being. If we can change our
breathing, we can change many things, that is why our breath if we look
carefully, we see that when we are angry has a particular rhythm, just like
when we are relaxed.
Breathing is connected with the
subtle winds and this is connected with the mind-heart. Inhaling is ascending
movement while exhaling is descending. During the ascending mode, the person is
closer to his spiritual state and in the descending mode moves towards the
gravity.
The Gourishankar meditation
focuses on breathing, which allows you sit higher, and in another phase. This
type of meditation consists of four stages of 15 minutes each. The first two
prepare the meditator for the spontaneous Latihan of the third stage.
If breathing is done correctly in
the first stage, carbon dioxide from the bloodstream will make you feel as high
as Gourishankar. This "lifting" comes in the subsequent phases of the
soft look, the spontaneous movement and the quiet stillness. This is a gentle
technique of "centering" working on the third eye.
The practice of active meditation
reduces the risk of heart disease and regulates blood pressure. For those who
suffer from insomnia, anxiety, insecurity, stress, obsessions, phobias and
compulsions. Meditation has proven to be a very effective remedy, 100% natural
and economic, for the practitioner to enter a state of relaxation and no mind,
you experience deep inner peace, a feeling of fullness and well-being that
frees you from the artificial needs .
Meditation connects inside to
leave behind the daily stress, worries and chores, it is possible through
meditation on any form. It is time to find one where you can experience deep
inner peace, a feeling of fullness and enjoy a well which frees us from the
artificial needs.
• First step: Sit with your eyes closed. Inhale deeply through your
nose, filling the lungs. Hold your breath as long as you can, then exhale
gently through your mouth and hold your lungs empty for as long as possible.
Continue this breathing pattern throughout the first stage.
• Second step: Return to normal breathing and with a gentle gaze look
at a candle flame or a flashing blue light. Keep your body still.
• Third stage: With closed eyes, stand up and let your body be loose
and receptive. You will feel the subtle energy will move your body out of
normal control. Let this latihan happen. Do not you moving: let the movement
happen, soft and elegant.
• Fourth stage: Lie down with eyes closed, motionless and silent. The
first three stages must be accompanied by a constant rate, preferably combined
with a soft background music. The pace should be seven times. Font .
